Terms and Conditions for use of Anvil Studio ™   Accessories
When you purchase an Anvil Studio accessory from Willow Software, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use and copy the software. No part of the program may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, for any purpose other than the purchaser's personal use. It is illegal to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, rent, or sell for profit. The Software contains Willow Software trade secrets, and you may not reverse engineer the Software.

This Software is provided as-is and, to the maximum extent permitted by the law, Willow Software disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, regarding the Software, including their quality, their fitness for a particular purpose, or their lack of infringement. Willow Software does not warrant that the Software is free from errors, or other program limitations. The entire liability of Willow Software for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the Software.

If you are not satisfied with the accessory for any reason, you may notify Anvil Studio in writing within 30 days of purchase. Within 30 days of receiving such a notice, we will refund to you the purchase price less a $5 processing fee.

Willow Software guarantees that all personal information sent by customers, including names, email addresses and postal addresses, and credit card information, will be kept private to Willow Software and its credit card processing service, KAGI.
